To use beautiful swash, you need a program that supports OpenType features such as Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Indesign and Corel Draw. 

Swash is called an alternative style. For example, the letter "a" with a beginning and ending swash is an alternative style to "a". No special software is required to use Diamond Crystal script, it is PUA encoded.
